WARRANTIES/FAULTY ITEMS
Manufacturer’s warranties apply to all swimming pools and electrical items. There is no warranty on inflatable’s and accessories.Intex & Bestway Pool and spa liners are covered for 3 months, electrical components for 1 year.
In the event of a product failure a claim can only be made through the relevant warranty line. Please note that both Intex and Bestway will only replace the faulty component.

ORDERING
Due to possible fluctuations in supplier’s price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions accepted.
Please note 1st Choice Pools LTD will always try to use the correct image for all our products. In some cases however the photograph displayed will not represent the item delivered. However the item delivered will always be of equal quality and of equal or greater price.
LIABILITY
1st Choice Pools LTD shall not be liable for any damage to property, nor any consequential loss of whatever nature, howsoever caused, arising out of any defect in the goods, or from their failure to correspond to any description or representation, or from their unsuitability for any purpose.
AVAILABILITY
All items are subject to availability, we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. In the event of temporary unavailability of any product or service, any payment you have made will be immediately refunded to you via the card you used to make the purchase.
