Delivery charge will depend upon purchases.

Please allow 3 to 5 working days for your orders to arrive. We understand that you may need your supplies as a matter of urgency and as such we will attempt at all times to provide a next day delivery service.

1st Choice Pools Ltd RETURNS & RETURNS POLICY

Any item returned for exchange or refund must be returned is an unsoiled condition and in its original packing. Please contact us beforehand if you wish any help with this process.

Your right to cancel an order –

The United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations 2000, provided you with a right to cancel your order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day following the day after the day you received your products. You do not need to give any reason for cancellation. The goods must be in their original packaging and any security seals on the packaging must still be intact. You are liable of the cost and expense of returning goods. We advise you to use an insured method for carriage as damaged boxed will not be accepted. If any security seals are broken then you have deemed as giving up your right to cancellation. All products with security seals on are deemed unsaleable once they have been opened and the manufacturers or their agents will not accept these products back as such.

Please note that on any orders that we accept for cancellation the actual cost of original shipping will be applied as a charge, unless the goods were delivered in a faulty condition.

Any orders that are accepted for return after the seventh day cooling off period will have the actual cost of the original shipping applied as a charge and also a further 20% restocking charge. All products must be unopened in their original packaging.

WARRANTIES/FAULTY ITEMS

Manufacturer's warranties apply to all swimming pools and electrical items. There is no warranty on inflatables and accessories.

Intex & Bestway Pool and spa liners are covered for 3 months, electrical components for 1 year.

In the event of a product failure a claim can only be made through the relevant warranty line. Please note that both Intex and Bestway will only replace the faulty component.

ORDERING

Due to possible fluctuations in suppliers price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

LIABILITY

Blueriband Pool Supplies shall not be liable for any damage to property, nor any consequential loss of whatever nature, howsoever caused, arising out of any defect in the goods, or from there failure to correspond to any description or representation, or from their unsuitability for any purpose.

AVAILABILITY

All items are subject to availability, we will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. In the event of temporary unavailability of any product or service, any payment you have made will be immediately refunded to you via the card you used to make the purchase.

CHANGES TO LEGAL NOTICES

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and we recommend that you check before making a further purchase.

However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any website accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and to screen out anything that may damage it. 1st Choice Pools Ltd shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using the website.
